I’ve been an active person from a very young age! Leading group fitness classes and training individual clients is a way for me to bring hope and healthy change into the fitness space.
Physical fitness is important, but it’s not the point. Seeing a certain number on the scale is not the point. Fitting into those jeans in the back of the closet is not the point. The point is ABILITY to walk out God’s unique call on each of our lives to the best of our abilities. We need to be healthy & whole in body, soul, and spirit to do that, while realizing that wellness is a lifelong journey.

There is an overwhelming amount of noise from the world around us, telling us all sorts of messages about our bodies and how we should live. I'm not a know-it-all expert. I don't have any gimmicks, quick fixes, or hacks for you. What I CAN do is equip you with health-building and faith-building tools, and create a space for you to grow in your personal wellness journey.
